Howler and MTN Bushfire respond on the 2022 festival and the tickets we bought in 2019

I'm very disappointed with how MTN has managed the communication for the MTN Bushfire which takes place in Eswatini. We bought tickets in 2019 for the 2020 event, come 2022 they don't bother informing us know that there will be a Festival taking place this year. Why is that? Don't they have funds to refund us or don't they have funds to pay the artists? Can we please have communication on this as soon as possible? Thank you
