how useless can MTN be

by the gods I wish MTN would be as quick to fix their errors as they are to take your money. My line has been blocked for 7 days now, after 10 calls and 4 visits to a branch and no one can help me. I have all the reference numbers they need, and still no one can help. So to the person responding to this complaint please fix my lines because you are causing me finicial loss, and I would like someone to call me with feedback asap.
