How to get hold of MTN
It is now the 2nd day that I am trying to get hold of any body at any MTN store. Day 1 I have phoned 21 MTN stores and not 1 of those calls were answered. Not even the people at the mall were I took out my contract picked up the phone. Day 2 I have up to now phoned 17 numbers and yet again no one answers. They do not even have a head office number on the website to call and complain ...
