how to do business with MTN if you cannot get

Ever since Tuesday the 31 March, I tried to get through to the 808 call centre number and the line just goes dead after 15 min hold. I phoned everyday since Tuesday and havent been able to get throug, all thats new itsthevoicecsaying we have been experiencing high call volume, and then the line goes dead, and the cherry on the cake, if you go to the MTN store in Sasolburg (afteryouvstood in the queue for ages) they say they cannot help you, you have to call the 808 number. Well seems like us idiot clients of MTN must just deal or transfer to another service right?? Oh and if you recharge from your bank account, the money goes off but you get no data. What happened to this company?
