How low can MTN really go?

I wish I could give ZERO stars to this absolutely shocking company. After fighting for almost 3 months against MTN to refund me R1800 that they took off of my contact claiming that I signed up for a rewards system (which they still haven't showed me the proof - verification/signature), I finally got them to cancel my contract. After they canceled my contract they decided to take the remaining 5gb of data, 500 minutes and 700 sms THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR.

Absolutely disgusting!

Excuse me, my contract actually ended. I already paid for the month of August and they took away my data, minutes and sms's and the person who is on the contract with me.
