How long will it take for someone to attend to my complaint?

Its been 3 months applying for a contract with mtn of which I have home wifi contract with. Sphamandla Ngwenya an Honney Ngcobo are amongst the agents I spoke to. I emailed complaint dep Mallerina and Bryan no one respond. I sent a total number of more than 40 emails and everytime they ask for my id and I email that too but no response
