How long does the invistigation take place

I wrote to MTN concerning about Coverage because we are real struggle when it comes to Network I was given a Reference number then they told their team it's invistigating the matter since today I never received any call from them how with their invistigation we bring money to you MTN everyday we buying airtime ,data and we also take contracts with but you don't care about customers request
