How long does it take to refund customers??

If zero stars were an option, I would rate it that.

I settled my contract in February of this year, paying the amount that was quoted me by the "service champion" I spoke with. I received my invoice the following month (March) stating that I had overpaid and was owed the amount of my monthly instalment. I then thought I was starting the process of getting my refund. I called again in April to follow up. I was told that the person I spoke with previously didn't submit my request so I had to now start the process and received a reference number from Tumeka Ngwande. I called again in May and was given even more excuses. I called again in June, this time the person I spoke with said that the reason I have not yet received my money was because they didn't have my banking details nor the proof of payment so I emailed the required to Jabulisile Madiya. She informed me that I had to wait 21 working days for the payment to be made into my account. She also said that I should follow up 10 days later to check on the status of the process which I did only to have someone else tell me that nothing has started and she would submit the request to your finance department. I called again on Friday to follow up. I was not even surprised when this "service champion" I spoke with told me that there is no record of my request and that I needed to submit my banking details and proof of payment AGAIN and wait ANOTHER 21 DAYS for payment to be made. She eventually found my attachments but told me that I still had to wait because she needed to resubmit the ticket ie. START THE PROCESS AGAIN. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor on duty and was handed over to Narisha Harilal with whom I expressed my upset. I had asked her to call me on Monday morning to update me. It is now the end of business on Tuesday and I have yet to hear from her.

I have no doubt that if I were to have paid my monthly instalments late, I would have had to pay late fees or in this case of no payment, been handed over to legal. So MTN, South Africa's Bozza Network, I am DONE waiting, I am done with calling your call center and sending messages on Facebook Messenger. I expect to be refunded immediately, along with the interest that you would charge for late payments!
