How long does it take to do a swimswap????

Been trying to do swimswap since Mondayto no success & the call centre consultants are rude & not helpful, apparently i failed their security questions & i was asked to send an Affidavit confirming my old number, the new number im swaping with & a copy of My ID, i have done that but its still not done! im missing out on important business phonecalls! When will this be done?????
