How long does it take to be vetted for a Cellphone contract

I would just like to know how long does it take a Vett a customer for a contract.I have been waiting since the end of March 2018 for a response.if I have not qualified atleast let me know so I can apply alse where,this is very frustrating to deal with,where people are promising that they will call me back but it never happens what is really going on,the promotion I wanted has now ended,so what must happen the agent assisting me says that it would 7 days it's been 14 like really is this fair,can someone call me to resolve this issue
