How long does it take MTN to port your number

Disgusting service. MTN is wrotten from top to bottom. Please everyone who reads this: DO NOT PORT TO MTN EVER IN YOUR LIFE!!! They always promise to call you back but it never happens, they communicate very badly and you as the customer will always be guessing what is going on. It has been 3 weeks since my application and still the number has not been ported. Firstly there was a delay in Vusi actually submitting the port, which caused my contract to lapse and thus problems were encountered with the port. At this stage I had incurred a lot of costs to call MTN to try sort this out but to no avail. I have made the worst decision ever in porting to MTN.<br> <br> I would like to know from MTN how they are going to compensate me for all the costs incurred, the inconvenience caused as well as the disgusting client service I endured.
