How long does it take?
<p>How long does it take to get a line reopened? Well, according to these people it takesanything from 24 to 48 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's been 10 DAYS already and not only is my phone still down, but they keep on telling me that although they've received my payment it can take anything from 24 to 48 hours. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ten days people .. Ten days and counting.</p> <p> </p> <p>How long must I wait for my line to be opened? </p>

Kindly note that as per our telephone conversation, as soon as the amount due is paid and reflecting, the matter will be escalated to the legal division for the reactivation of the line.
