How long does a sim swop takes?
My dad upgrade his phone on Tuesday 7 April 2015. Today 10 April 2015 his phone is still not connected.<br> <br> Everyday the call centre or the branch inform us it takes 2-24 hours? It is now mire than 72 hours. Why are we paying for service that we dont receive?

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Unfortunately we will not be able to check for you as to what is causing the delay as you have not provided us with the phone number where the sim swap needs to be done on.
Generally the sim swap goes through immediately, if there are delays on the network it can take anything between 2 to 24 hours. If it does not go through in 24 hours we would then need to investigate as to what is causing the problem.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
