How long can it take to deliver a phone?

<p>I have been waiting since last week Monday after doing my upgrade for my phone to be delivered.</p> <p>According to the call centre this has not even been sent to the warehouse for processing??</p> <p>I have phoned 4 times today and everytime I get told: A supervisor will phone you back.....</p> <p> </p> <p>SO CAN A SUPERVISOR PLEASE PHONE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
