How long?
<p>I've been patient thus far, but this is getting old now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've app**** for a contract via the call centre on the 25th of November. I've waited since I expected they'd be busy. I've phoned them about 5 times since then of which 2 was dropped. First time they told me they'd email me within 24-48 hours. Monday I phoned to check if everythings in order, was told its been approved and again I'll receive an email. Few days later same thing. Phoned Monday the 5th then at least I got a reference number and was told I'd receive an sms after which the courier would phone me to arrange the delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Others who also app**** for the black Friday deal already received it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I already have a contract with MTN and everything went relatively quick. I'm forced to buy hundreds of rands of data because I'm still waiting.</p>

13 Dec 2016, 20:52I've officially been cheated. Got an sms today, after I had once again phoned MTN direct, saying I don't meet the criteria?! After composed myself I left work and went straight to the nearest store. the lady that assisted me phoned them and they told her my application was "unsuccessful" on that same day that I app****! Then why did all the people I spoke to in the weeks past told me its been approved and the courier would contact me for delivery!? is this the easy way of getting rid of promo applications? why bother recording phone calls when they deceive you!
