How it is when you use MTN services.

The worst mobile communications company there is. I was contacted by someone in their sales department trying to sell me a promotion or something. Asking her to please explain because I don't understand her she pots the phone down. What kind of customer service is this MTN? I don't know if it's a race thing that she got annoyed that I could not understand what she is trying to tell me over the phone but I will be moving all my contracted from MTN to another provider that treats their customers with respected!
