How is this possible?
I have asked MTN since 13 March 2015 to come and check my signal booster, I was given ref ***. Ever since then I was told that they are awaiting supervisor feedback. Seriously, for 6 months? and in the meantime we hardly have reception

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delay with the matter being resolved.
We've now escalated the matter directly to the assigned coordinators manager as we see that there has been a few escalations done. We've requested that you be contacted directly with confirmation of the contractors coming out to inspect the booster.
