How is this even possible??

I have been trying to open 2 new business accounts with the MTN Eastgate store remotely (The MTN store owned by MTN not the franchised one) since May of 2020, after struggling for the first 5 months I was put in contact with the manager of the store. After bring promised that she would be able to assist me, I was just ignored and have been ignored for the last month, you would think that I am trying to sell them something with this type of behaviour.

I am extremely dissatisfied and't see myself ever having anything to do with MTN ever again.
