How is this even possible ?

Dear MTN Money Customer Service,

I'm writing to dispute the debt you're claiming I owe on my debit account. I've checked my bank statements, and I don't see any errors or discrepancies in the payments deducted from my account. Please provide me with more information about the account and the payments.

I'm confused and unhappy about the level of poor admin and customer service I've received so far. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and resolve it as soon as possible.
