How hard can it be to be?!

For the past few months I have made a request to MTN customer service to deactivate my vLite and activate my normal voicemail. On Monday, 14/12/15 I made the same request and enquired about the R300 that disappeared within a day, the day before.

The first agent told me I must just dial 111 to deactivate and I must send \STOP"to 30170 because it must have been a completion I subscribed to. To my surprise dialling 111 was not helpful"
