How Fair is This?

I have been trying to make contact with MTN since early this morning. (More than 3 hours) We phoned 9 times - and every time a different agent - each time transferred a couple of times. Yet no resolution. Final Agent advised me that it would be best to complain! All I want to do is cancel my dad's contract.
