How does one get a statement?

I am not getting statements from MTN. They are happy to deduct their money but I have no idea how they get to the amounts. I have complained several times. I have even visited Canal Walk Branch. Each time they explain they use a new system I know that. They tell me to send them email with a letterhead and ask for my statement. I do that. But NOTHING ARRIVES AND NO ONE BOTHERS TO RESPOND. So if you are wondering which mobile company to use, avoid MTN.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.

The correct procedure to obtain statements & invoices for your business account will be for you to provide us with statements & invoices.

We have also now requested our MTN Active Support Team to make contact with you and assist with registering your account on MTN Active. You will be able to access your account for any information required and have direct access to statements & invoices.
