How does my bill jump so much?

Hi,<br> <br> Pls could you assist me urgently, I received a mail from legal on 25/09/2015 saying I owe them R4700.00 - which I understand cause I have fallen behind on my account with you guys. In November I get a acc of R12000 from lawyers. I have asked as per mail how the bill jumped with R8000.00 - and no one has responded to me. Please could some one advise to me how it went up with that much since my phone has been deactivated since September?<br> <br> This is what is stopping me from settling as the amounts do not correspond with the information I have received and would pls like someone to help me get this sorted so I can start sortin out my acc with you guys.<br> <br> Thank You so much
