How do you hand over someone who doesn't have an account with you??

MTN is the most evil organization. Handed over and to lawyers who can't even provide proof that I had an account with MTN, only realized that "I have an account with MTN" when I was applying for a bond elsewhere! I mean I don't have an account with MTN and after several attempts to get to the bottom of this I was just given the law firms contact details when the staff at MTN shop couldn't locate the contract they claim I had with MTN... Yes I previously had an account that was closed long ago and MTN know about it. I suggest that you remove my name from credit bureau as I don't have any contract with you. This is fruad
