How do you get MTN to blacklist a phone?
We reported a ****** phone to MTN and asked for a black listing for the phone. That was in early January. It is now the 20th of February. The phone is still not blacklisted. We have been assured that it would be done this weekl On Monday we were promised our request had reached blacklisting. Yesterday we were promised it would be done in 24 hours. 24 hours has passed. How do you get a ****** phone blacklisted?

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. It is not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We've tried locating the device that you need us to blacklist (IMEI ending with 8934) and we cannot locate this device. This could possibly be due to another networks SIM card being in the device at the time it was ******.
The way forward would be to contact that network provider and get them to blacklist the device as they would be able to trace it with the number that was used with the device.
Regards
Tim
