How do you expect me to pay my account ???
You have disabled my account on that MTN Contract Account, So now I am unable to view my bills online, You do not send me monthly statements or invoices (I haven't received one in the 2 and a half years that I have been with MTN) and you have taken the option away on the *141* option on my cell phone. AND you do not answer when I phone the contact support line.

Please tell me how you would like me to thumb suck what I pay you this month ? I am going to be seriously annoyed if you cut my line!
