How do i track my mtn order

I placed an online order for an upgrade on Sunday 20th June. I received sms and email to say it is being processed and will be confirmed in 5 working days. I called on day 4 to "check" as i revived one message that it was declined an another it is being paused... I was also receiving messages from another company called Mondo who said they were handling the upgrade... Eventually i managed to speak to someone from MTN on Friday. They told me that my upgrade was not fully processed by the person that was working on it... They called back 10 Min later and said they had concluded it and that i would receive the phone in 5 working days. Does anyone know what number i can call to check the progress? 083135 doesn't show me to speak to a person only gives me information that i don't need. What number can i call to speak to someone about tracking my order? It is very frustrating as there is no other number that can be found online or on the mtn app.
