How do I stop the bank deductions when the contract has been closed?

My daughter had an MTN contract in my name. We stopped the contract two years ago but cannot stop the deductions from my bank account. We have spoken to charming MTN staff for ages at a time, but the money continues to be deducted! HOW do I stop it, and have the money owing, put back into my account? Very, very frustrating!
