How do I get hold of the legal department

<p>I have claimed from my insurance, as my phone is cracked now they need MTN to send a letter starting that my lines where disconnected from last year till I think may, when i was told I need to RICA all my lines again, so they can process my claim as at the moment they declining my claim for usage but with a letter from MTN confirming my lines where disconnected they can fix my phone, I have emailed MTN but still no luck, please advise email me the letter so I can forward to the insurance department. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p>
