HOW DO I CONVERT TO PREPAID WHEN MY CONTRACT ENDS??
I am now very confused. Your twitter guys dont always reply and then when they do the information is different from the what the call centre says. I want to switch over my contract to prepaid when it ends in June. But your twitter team said I must cancel 30 days in advance and that I must call 808. When I called 808 they said I must cancel on the day. I DONT WANT MY CONTRACT TO ME EXTENDED PAST THE 8TH OF JUNE. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW? CAN SOMEONE CALL AND LET ME KNOW THAT MY CONTRACT WILL NOW BE PORTED TO PREPAID WHEN MY CONTRACT ENDS ON THE 8TH OF JUNE PLEASE...

Your contract term date is 2016-06-08, to move your number to prepaid you will have to contact our customer care (808) on 2016-06-09 and request to have your number migrated to prepaid.
