how difficult is it to cancel contract?
I couldn't cancel my cellphone contract telephonically because of the strike that's happening currently @ mtn,then 2weeks after no luck of getting hold of contact center, I went to service center and ask them to cancel the contract I have with them. I submitted all documents they asked for, yet the contract is not cancelled and my sim card is still offline. Who is going to be respnsible for the payment of this month?
