How difficult can it be?
Who do I need to beg or bribe to get itemised billing for January 2018?
The first email I sent requesting this was 15 February 2018. I was told I don’t have itemised billing on my account and will have to pay R21.50 to get this bill and I agreed to this fee on 19 February 2018. For some reason someone decided in 2017 that I don’t need itemised billing anymore, so I had no idea I would have to go through all of this to get itemised billing again.
I have sent numerous emails and was finally told on the 22nd of February that the bill has been forwarded to me and to wait 24-48 hours. Guess what? Do you think I have received this yet? Of course not! I emailed AGAIN on the 26th and was told the issue has been escalated and to wait. And I am still waiting.
I also requested when my contract will expire…. I am still waiting.
So, basically I have been trying for 2 weeks to get an itemised bill for January 2018 – if it was January 2016 I would understand, but it is for this year. How difficult can this be?

Kindly be advised due to itemized billing service not activated in January the system cannot generate the original itemized billing report. We can assist you with the Excel report. We have tried to call you, on voice mail.
If you require for this report in excel please contact me on *** to go ahead.
The contract expire date is due 2018-12-27.

I have however now been trying for 12 days to get a reply to what the following means: "Set up the usage limit to R0.00 and then purged airtime for extra calls, converted to data". So I went and set my limit to R10.00 and now I don't have enough "airtime" to do cellphone banking. What is a person to do???
Please can someone explain to me what "purged airtime for extra calls, converted to data" means?
