HOW DID THEY GIVE A CONTACT TO SOMEBODY COULD THEY NOT SEE IT WAS *****

I had a smash and grab about 10 years ago. May 2018 I realised there went money off my bank from MTN I phoned my bank and they got the money back for me. I had to spend my day going to the Police and MTN Keywest making affidavits and completing forms to inform them that this was ***** and I never took out a contract with MTN. But still I am being harassed by MTN phoning me constantly telling me I have to come in and do the paper work again and again!!!!!!!!
