How can MINUTES be used for DATA
Just spoke to an MTN consultant with regards to one of my MTN contracts, an open voice contract NOT TOPUP NOT PREPAID, that keeps on saying that you cannot make calls and that if you are a prepaid customer, please load airtime. It does data, but not sms or phone calls. I phone month after month to have this problem sorted out. Its sorted for a week, maybe 2 , then it happens again. Well, today I have had enough. I have minutes I pay for, but cannot use.
So I phone today. The consultant told me that the airtime is reserved for DATA and that it will work again once the mobile data has been switched off... How the hell can minutes be reserved for data. Thank God my phone records calls, because this is one for the books!
Minutes are reserved for Data, switch of mobile mobile data and you can make calls, it is a damn Anytime 100 contract, not a hybrid. It has lots of damn minutes, but its reserved for DATA???? I will ad the screen shot to prove I have 199 anytime minutes!!! How the hell do you train your people?! I can send you the recording of the conversation as well.
This number needs to be sorted out. I cannot phone every few weeks and report that it does not work. I have been a loyal client since Nashua Mobile days, but this is pathetic. SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT, PLEASE. It is working again, but rebooting the sim from your and expecting this to happen every few weeks is really really getting out of hand. I expect your feedback in this regard as soon as possible
