HOW CAN I RESPOND ON A PREV COMPLAINT ???

Hello kimmikat,

Thank you for your post.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We have tried to call you, on voicemail.
We do pick up that the request has been sent to the repair centre, however no IMEI or Job card number has been added to the request.
Please assist us with the IMEI or Job card number to escalate further.

Kind Regards,
Alice van der Merwe
***

MY RESPONSE - *** is the imei no. i don't see a job number. almost nobody can get through to me, as my phone rings once out of 10 calls. I get no missed call notification, only a belated 100 voicemail notification. I am trying to run my own business. this completely sucks that nobody is doing anything about making this right. Sadly i am speaking ill of MTN, and wherever i turn to speak of MTN, i am getting the same ill back at me about MTN. people are SERIOUSLy UNHAPPY WITH YOU. HOW can you leave this and leave this and leave this and say that the imei no is outstanding TWO full months after my previous hello peter complaint. Does anyone there care at all? I am paying monthly for a phone i do not have, that clearly has a factory fault. whatsapp me
