How can i have no airtime or data in half a day
On the 2nd of Feb I received my airtime which is R370 with 50 sms's and my 500MB of data, I got an extra 275MB of data for free. I don't use much airtime so it should carry over and I usually buy 1GB of data and get 1 free. <br> Yesterday afternoon my message said I had R638 airtime 50 sms's and at least 1.5GB and that night my messages stopped working on whatsapp so I went and checked by dialling *141# and found out I have no airtime 45 messages and 1KB of data. It was about 4 hours after I had seen the first message, the messages on whatsapp had clocks after seeing there is no airtime or data. They shouldn't go through until loading more but yet I woke up this morning and they had gone through so I thought everything was working again until I sent another message and it had a clock. I checked again and its still the same. Please can someone tell me how each month my money or data doesn't carry over(I am in intituled to have what I pay for) and the messages I sent that wouldn't go through all of a sudden go through without me loading airtime or data. We phoned and get told no there is something wrong with the package im on so they will have to investigate like its my fault! ********

Kindly note that on the 2016-02-02 at 16:22:02 there was an internet connection that depleted the data bundles. During this time 17:03:57 on the 2016-02-02 and 17:28:46 2016-02-02 the connections were depleting from the airtime due to the fact that the data bundles had been depleted already.
