How can i get MTN to cancel a debit order on a contract that no longer exists??????

I had an AnyTime contract with MTN for many years which I eventually decided to cancel. Long story short I gave notice 15 March 2016, contract closure 15 April 2016 however MTN, without my consent have deducted debit orders from my bank account on 30 April 2016, 31 May 2016 and 30 June 2016. I have phoned, e-mailed, begged, pleaded and still no where near to fixing this problem.

If I don't receive an amicable resolution to this issue within the next 7 days I will be referring this matter to the Ombudsman as MTN is deducting money from my account and I have absolutely no contracts with them. This is ********!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just pleading one last time, could an MTN representative please just take some time to help me resolve this issue.
