hotrible!BRAND NEW CINTRACT NUMBER INCORRECTLY REMOVED FROM MTN BY MTN BUT STILL DEDUCT DEBIT ORDER?

<p>We were very happy with MTN untill a month ago. We have 4 contracts with MTN and they debit their funds monthly. So we wake up and our one number is completely off and doesnt want to work. When we phoned customer service they said the number has been removed from their system and they cannot help us. We went to a branch and sat for an hour holding on for service telephonically. The lady finally says sorry it was an error and switches the phone back on a week later. But still deduct the full debit order??how must we pay for something that is offline?and we got a reference number and a promise that someone will phone us within 48hrs. It is 2 weeks later and still nothing. Please can MTN urgently contact us as this is unacceptable</p>
