Horrific USELESS SERVICE

I made a payment for my MTN Wifi home router today, I was told that I will only get access to the internet connection in October, okay how does that make any sense? Is this how you trained your staff MTN? Pathetic customer service from the lady who was helping me with her colleague while eating without paying attention to the details, that was so rude of her and the companion. Please provide a solution or cancel my services and refund me, I can't wait the whole month to have an internet connection, my work is electronic most of the time and I work from home.
