Horrific service MTN South Africa

MTN South Africa was supposed to deliver my new cellular device but apparently it got lost in transit and has become my problem. After numerous email attempts to make correspondence they have failed to return replies,no one calls and it appears that the company no longer exists. "Failed delivery query - ***" is my query reference number,it has been more than two months and everyone is unable to assist me.
