Horrific service MTN in stores

Poor services and terrible experience 😢 I have been to 4 stores and 1.Westgate mall was told they were offline 2.Dobsonville was told they closing early due to loadshedding 3.Clearwater,they don't have the system to assist 1st store 4.Clearwater,they can't assist without an affidavit but this was never communicated.

I needed to do a SIM swap due to high risk i was requested to go to the nearest MTN store and bring my ID with,however I was told they can't assist me without an affidavit but this was communicated.
