HORRIFIC SERVICE FROM MTN

Absolute HORRIFIC service from MTN!! Been trying to contact the service centre to cancel my contract for financial reasons, every time I get through to an agent, the phone just magically dies! And no one else except for the cancellation department can assist. The office sounds like a Johannesburg club! Very very glad that I will be cancelling my contract
