Horrific service from Greenstone store

I've been a customer of MTN for over 10 years. Never missed an installment but for some reason they don't want additional business from me?? I app**** for an additional contract last Saturday, 12 December, at the Greenstone store. Till to date I have not received the laptop I app**** for. I've received a whole lot of empty promises and excuses as to why this cant be done and when I ask to speak to the manager no one is to be found. Its over a week now, does it really take that long to process a contract for an item I was advised the store has in stock? If you cant assist me rather just say so instead of the constant lies and me having to follow up. Once my contract ends Ill be changing Networks as MTN obviously doesn't want my business.
