Horrific service

Horrific service received from MTN I phoned their customer service yesterday and they informed me my querie would be sorted in 2 to 24 hours. Today I phoned them again as my querie isn't sorted and now they had to escalate it and told me it will take 24 hours again. Phoned again a few hours later and they now tell me that it will take 48 to 72 hours to sort out my querie which shold take 1 minute to sort.
