Horrific service

I logged a claim for a ****** cellphone in March 2021. The claim is still not resolved. Service levels are clearly not considered within this business and the complaints department is equally useless as they themselves generate complaints. I want immediate resolution of my claim today and failure thereof will result with me approaching the ombuds office for assistance. Further rights are herein reserved!
