Horrific service at MTN Brooklyn (PTA)

I entered their branch in Brooklyn branch and submitted an application for a contract on 27th of Feb 2019. I was told that the application process takes 24hrs. When the time lapsed, I visited the store to inquire, the salesperson I dealt with was not in the office but I was told that it takes a maximum period of 72 hours. Then there was silence, I received an sms from MTN that my application was conditionally approved on the 9th of March 2019 and that the store would contact me directly. Today is the 24th of March 2019 and I still have no response from them. This is absolutely shocking and I would not recommend MTN to anyone. My car application took less than this! Epic fail.
