Horrific service

MTN is taking my money every month for a contract which I have requested to be cancelled on June 10th 2024. I have requested numerous refund requests, requests to pull up call recordings and have in the region of 30 reference numbers regarding this problem. As soon as I mention this problem and provide the reference they put me on hold and drop the line I have spoken to 20 to 30 people and same story every time. I am completely horrified at the bad service and will never even consider getting a contract with mtn again. I hope this will help people out there not make the same mistake as I did by getting a mtn contract.
