Horrific experience and *****ulent sales conduct

I am really disappointed in your organization and will not forget how *****ulent you and your stake holders conduct your business - And I will never recommend your services to my worst enemy. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of service and all the lies I have fed, if there was an option I would not even rate you this 1 star - Luleme Ndinisa who is your sales agent is utterly disgusting and very much *********** in his Job not to forget his manager by the name Luyanda these 2 individuals has put me through a devastating and horrible experience with your establishment - I am afraid if these 2 individuals are still with your company your organization will keep losing business and credibility more than anything. I am really desperate to change this service cause this is whole experience I had with yourselves is cringe and way too devastating for me, even my anxiety has shot up massively, no amount of apology will excuse what your company has put me through. I have found myself going back to taking anxiety pills just because of the experience they have put me through.
