Horrific Customer Service

<p>Please view attached, i logged a complaint on this platform on monday and recieved the most arrogant and pathetic response from MTN of which i rep**** to. I have reuested the e-mail address for Godfrey Motsa and Rob Shuter so i can get a speedy resolution since your call centre, twiter and hello peter teams are unable to take resposibility and handle this simple complaint. it is utterley disgusting that it can take 4 days for MTN to respond and close this complaint, this is why you are struglling and it will be hard to move my contracts with your direct competitor over to you. please can you give me the e-mail addresses i have requested and have a right to as a MTN customer.</p>
