Horrid Service

Very bad service and connectiin problems that they cant sort out for me. They give me lots of excuses and they give me the run around my bussiness is loosing money. The staff is incompatent asglynn is always shopping that is the manager never in store. Grant always sitsand doens other things and diesnt help customers so please people rather gi the the store i somerset mall and not to waterstone village. The cant fix your problems and the owner is no where to be found cause they dont even know whereto find him.
